Apple Enhances Device Trade-In Program

Apple has significantly updated its trade-in program, increasing offers for a wide range of its own products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches. Reports indicate that some device trade-in values have climbed by nearly 30%, making the program more appealing to users.

Increased Trade-In Values and Android Device Expansion

The most substantial increase in trade-in value was observed for the Mac Studio, which saw its offer rise by $260. While some trade-in offers remained unchanged, most devices received an increment ranging from $5 to $20. Furthermore, Apple has expanded the list of eligible devices to include popular Android models such as Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and OnePlus.

Trade-In Program Conditions

Apple emphasizes that the final trade-in value may vary based on the device’s condition, year of manufacture, and configuration. It is important to note that not all devices will qualify for a discount. The updated trade-in values became effective as of August 6, 2026.
